Where do you ship to?
We ship to the 48 continental US states.

What is the shipping charge?
If you order a minimum of 4-boxes, any variety, the shipping charge is only $5.99. Shipping smaller quantities is not very efficient, and there is a $5 surcharge.

I'm sending my cookies as a gift. Can you include a note?
Absolutely. Send an email to us at OhmigodCookies@yahoo.com with the information.

Is gift wrapping available?
Gift wrapping packages are planned. Check back soon for details.

When is my account charged?
Paypal will start processing your payment as soon as you submit your order.

When is my order shipped?
To preserve freshness, all cookies ordered by Wednesday 10 PM are shipped on Thursday.

What service do you use to ship an order?
We use the US Postal service and Federal Express to ship orders.

Can I order over the phone?
We cannot take payments over the phone. If you have a large order and you'd like to prepay with a check, please call or email us to make arrangments to do that.

Can I use another payment method?
Not at this time. See the answer to "Can I order over the phone?"

Your cookies are so good, can I sell them in my store?

We do have several distributors. Call us and we'll put you in touch with them.
